The Storytellers

Rami Zor

Rami founded the Ring of Turquoise international group of storytellers in 1995. Since then he has given storytelling workshops in several countries, performed in various festival and appeared on TV and radio. Rami is also an expert in body language which he has taught for decades in colleges in Israel.

Mike Woudstra

Mike has been a storyteller for more than 25 years. He offers training in areas such as: bringing language to life, freeing our imagination, clear and engaging presentations, the art of playful communication, and how to storify moments in daily life. Mike uses story- telling as a way to discover what we need – in our life, in our work, in our personal growth.

Davy Baker

Davy has been a creative communicator and storyteller for over 20 years, with a background in visual arts, design and puppetry. He offers workshops for growth and change, celebrating the best of people. He uses storytelling to connect ideas and possibilities to the imagination and warmth of the human spirit, one small step at a time..

Merlyn Buter

Merlyn has been providing various workshops for over 40 years, across the globe…As a teacher he combines science and stories together in a unique way. Merlyn is an accomplished flute player  and has a way of engaging spontaneously with people whether in a park or a market place. His style is both humorous and factual.

Saira Hall

Saira is a creative multi media artist, educator and storyteller with a wealth of experience with children, youth and adults over many years. She has a passion for discovering and seeking to release the value and wisdom within each unique life’s story, by nurturing an atmosphere of exploration, trust and warmth. 

 

Hubert Beekhuizen

Hubert has a great love for distilling special stories from everyday situations. He believes, no, he knows for sure that the story you tell yourself determines how you look at life.

Anneke van der Werf

Anneke is a storyteller with a strong passion for cultivating the art of celebrating and capturing  special moments that define what makes us human in daily life.

Erwin Hoogkamer

Erwin is a storyteller, poetry maker and writer with a great love of folklore and unseen things, that you almost certainly know do exist for real.

Hanna Biesheuvel

Human stories, close to home. Noticing, experiencing and sharing the richness of these—that sums up Hanna in a nutshell. As an amateur storyteller, she enjoys taking a spontaneous approach and she knows that there is a storyteller hidden within everyone. She enjoys and is looking forward to promote these storytelling qualities.

Jeroen Brons

As amateur storyteller, singer and impromptu poet, Jeroen has a love for the beauty and versatility of language. He is convinced of the fact that every person can discover special, light-hearted and serious stories in themselves and share them with others, for mutual inspiration and enrichment. Stories make us human.
